A Dream Has Taken Flight

In the clear, crisp spring evening, golden bright,
I have seen a dream, and it has taken flight;
It did not glide or soar, but floated peacefully on the breeze,
Like an autumn leaf drifting upon a gentle rippling stream.
Its movements were so magical, its colors - dazzling spells,
With wings like tiny rainbows, like vibrant flowing sails.
Its flutter made no whisper, it alighted and made no sound,
Like a vivid angel of miniature, its beauty so profound.
Its every moment is a marvel, but its glory ends so soon;
Could it be that our bodies are like the butterfly's cocoon?

    Very philosophical! our body is like a cocoon. When the spirit exits, the body is a dung
