What do you think this poem is about?

A God Like Me

Almighty
If you are you really
a God
Mercy me.
You know
What do I beg
Almighty
You are omnipotent
Be kind to me
If you are really
a God like me.

Ershad, greetings. I do hope that the time and energy you spend on loving your god, comparing yourself to god, leaves time, energy, thought and awaremess of all the uglies on the earth that gods don't have time to stop or heal. Each human must become an active doer of all good. Only we can prevent cruelty and neglect to others. If we have to remind ourselves and others every single day, it isn't too often. We have to speak up and be heard. MOst importantly, we have to act. People don't choose to be dependent on others, helpless, ill, traumatized, ad infinitum. Love is the answer. When we love, we help. My best, Carol

Buddhha said to his monks, learn to love yourself first, only then there is a possibility of your being a good monk..very nicely expressed.
