A Joyous Feeling
A joyous feeling is when you see,
Someone you haven't seen in years.
And you wonder if kind destiny,
Brought you here to shed these tears.
A joyous feeling is when you see,
A new life and you hold him in your hands.
And all around you do agree,
He's the most handsome in the land.
A joyous feeling is when you hear,
Those three magic little words.
From tender lips you hold so dear,
Produced by loving vocal cords.
A joyous feeling is when you rise,
Every morn to meet the day.
And wipe the sleep out of your eyes,
And you kneel, give thanks, and pray.
