A Kiss From Heaven Poem by Randy McClave

A Kiss From Heaven

An Angel kissed me on the forehead
Then whiped my tears away,
Sadness sometimes is a virtue
God heard me, when unto him I did pray.
My hours, then my day had been so bad
I needed a gentle loving touch,
And someone to dry my many tears
And someone for once, to be my crutch.
My day had become so miserable
I was used and I was also hurt,
I was standing alone with sadness and pain
When my love from me, did desert.
I then felt a warmth that brushed me
I then began to feel so much better,
Life truly has its ups and downs
Then unto sadness, I would not be a debtor.
A warmness had brushed my skin
I felt like that I had been lovingly kissed,
My soul it then celebrated and jumped
I had the feeling that I had so sadly missed.
My soul it then jumped for joy
I knew then that I would not be sad or blue,
God had seen my heart and heard my prayer;
You feel brighter when an Angel comforts you.
