A Love To Self Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

A Love To Self

Rating: 4.1

I love to my self first
it will remain till last
i shall stick to my own views
I know it may be appreciated by only few

It is not easy to convince
As I don’t mix the words or mince
I believe in true presentation
It is with mind set and orietation

I have believed in lords
I had true belief in gospel or words
I never questioned the wisdom of sprit
In darkness also I found dim light

I saw many curves on the way
From hill tops, it looked as if taking us away
This showed how the life can be difficult!
How to manage for self and try to rebuild

I believe in practacing at home
Words with action is always welcome
One can perform well on his on door
If that can’t be then one may look very poor

I have to surrendered to clear conscience
There was infighting to choose its presence
He good will has prevailed and almost stayed
I was never discouraged or dismyed

He has set my course in right direction
I have no authority to question his action
I act as per own conscience and inner call
I may not regret even if it invites down fall

He is my guide and philosopher
I am not wise or thinker
He may give call from the distance
I will have to obey and act at once

So I trust self than anybody else
It is not arrogance but mere good sense
Practcising on self is not at all to be condemned
It is better confine to self than stand damned
