A Shadowed Wedlock
'Eclipse is nature's play..
Who can question God'
She said to continue
'Your's is not a play of
Eclipse but your secrecy
Why? am I so much avoidable?
Shadowed is your another life
More than this much of honesty
I don't know how to be
Who will help me to know
What you are?
Whoever said it...
I Condemn
Husband is not God
So too you aren't'
In my opinion, if a husband is the God of a wife, then the wife is a goddess.. Equal respect, equal contribution and equal sharing must be there!
A wonderful poem. However, Indian women normally worship their husbands like Gods. But I wonder why don't they consider their wives as goddesses?
Eclipse is nature's play.. Who can question God' ******. *******. Husband is not God So too you aren't'....these beginning lines and concluding lines says much about God and husband. Dear madam you have so wisely delineated this poem. I appreciate it. Thanks a lot.10
