A Spare Hug

Rating: 4.9

Hey there Jim Bo
This poem is for you
Dont laugh ok, here I go

I thought you should know
I love your hugs
They make me tingle from head to toe

Have you ever noticed a frown on my face?
Then after one of your hugs
No more frown, not even a trace

Your hugs are special, you give them so free
They are sincere and so warm
And you always have a spare one for me

Hugs are of my favorite things
And when I get one from you
I get silly and act like a ding a ling

OK, all silliness aside
Im greally glad
Our paths did collide

Coz a hug from my sweet JimBo
Makes me not want him to go!

Mae - This reminds me of my friend Willie James Kings poem, I'd Smile. Just reading it makes you feel better. Thanks - Best Wishes for many 'huggy' friends! Cheryl

ahh Mae, this is so sweet and a delight to read....Lord knows we all need hugs, hard to come by when wee ones are grown and off on their own, as well they should be....This one gave me a smile............marci.xo
