A Sweet Kind Of White Poem by R. Ariffin

A Sweet Kind Of White

You're standing in
Front
Of me
With your hand in your pocket
While the other
Touching my lips
Commenting on the cigarette mark
That complements my every smile
Every time our
Eyes meet
And our hearts
Entwine
It is almost
As sweet
As
Pouring milk
Into a
Cup of
Coffee
A sweet kind of
White
Over this
Blackened
Day
How I wished
The sweetness
Would Last
Just a little
Bit
Longer
