A Third-grade Man Too Can Be A Leader In Bihar

This is Indian politics,
The politics of Bihar,
A third-grade man too can be a leader not,
But a minister in Bihar.

A cowboy, a buffaloman,
All leaders in Bihar,
Threatening with the lathi
Which the fools and rustics thrash from behind.
