A Thousand Butterflies Poem by Tony Berndtsson

A Thousand Butterflies

Rating: 4.3

I thought nervous exhilaration was no more
Shivering with joy
With no feet on the floor
I am no longer a broken toy

After all that time
It is still the same
Yet another rhyme
And you deserve fame

I can not talk without shivers
Feeling that soothing feeling
I dream rivers
I think I can reach the ceiling

To my belly
You sent all these butterflies
I will meet you inside the telly
Prepare for tickly goodbyes
