accentuate the positive
Accentuate the positive, I said,
and minimize
the negative, and then lift up your head.
Look in my eyes,
I’m positively waiting for a sign
you’ll flash to me,
accented eyeball telling me you’re mine,
to let me see
you want me and the heart I share with you,
and will not tire,
for I am more than minimally true,
like my desire.
