Acid Tests Of Adversity - Poem by Terence George Craddock (Spectral Images and Images Of Light)

wisdom insight
so often comes
after random
or premeditated
acts of betrayal

acid tests
of adversity
like snakes
and ladders
is a choice

our responses
resolves
resolutions
attitudes
are cause effect

swift changes
sudden course
changes take
us up or down
several sudden

levels impact
life leaves
possibilities
disorientated
quick ening

reshuffling
interchanged
positions
organize anew
priorities

existing elements
silk webs strands
symmetric spun
crossbeams shine
moonlight visions
