It needs etiquette
The manner in which you state
Deal with people when come across
Silently listen to and face
Be moderate and calm
That shall cause no harm
But create deep understanding
And earn respecting unending
You may be learned man
But basically you are human
So some sign must remain present
It is an extra quality that is openly felt
These qualities need not be exposed
With arrogance and posed
As only things to be shown with you
The people may get alienation even if things stand true
Never lose also self respect
If someone tried to react
In an insulting manner
You have to act then wiser
