Adam's At Eve Poem by David McLansky

Adam's At Eve

Two destined lovers meet with joy
With witnesses that do annoy;
Protocol demands discretion
How muted is their smiles progression;

They can only smile and gape
Passion, discovery must dully wait;
Time stands still as they shyly stare
Their future sparked, they're now aware.
