Addressing Others Poem by Joseph T. Renaldi

Addressing Others

Rating: 5.0

The words of kindness and love
Said daily with the utmost care,
Will yield a mountain of friendship
Forever flourishing and fair.

Should you become neglectful
Of this there may may be no doubt,
The acts of selfishness and greed
Will crowd the good deeds out.

When we are mingling with others,
There is something we should know,
It takes a sound sense of judgement
If our relationships are to grow.

To be a heartfelt and concerned mortal
May require inherent qualities that are rare,
But always address others sincerely
With tender and loving care.
