Ah Lord Eros Poem by Mike Nifton

Ah Lord Eros

Rating: 5.0

Ah Valentine that ferocious bum
Makes women swoon just for fun
Costs me a packet in cards and stamps
And the return is a kiss just to say thanks.

What more would I ask for, now that would be rude
To see you all naked and reacting all crude
First in a maids shift and then as a nurse
or perhaps a stern policewoman what could be worse.

Dear Valentine well man thanks a lot
No one is speaking because I forgot
If it wasn't for you perhaps I'd be rich
with a house full of women not wearing a stitch.

We men have it hard at this time of year
sending out flowers and calling you dear
with tons of chocolates tied with red ribbon
All sorts of goodies, many forbidden.

and then we get told 'Oh but you shouldn't
or get boxed ears because this year we didn't
Its a no win day for men the world round
so again thanks a lot Eros you clown.

Happy Valentine I'll say to you
I hope you enjoy the day and not be blue
Forget all my moaning its all done in fun
I'm sending this love to a wonderful one

Be happy be healthy I'm thinking of you
Imagine some roses and chocolates too
Just think of a little cuddly bear
Then close your eyes and you will see me there.

A kiss and a cuddle and then a big hug
A wonderful dinner and love on the rug
This is your dream and so it should be
Happy Valentine sweetheart to you from me.

Lips so wide and red as roses... My lovely lady wife so beautious in all of your poses. A pictured beauty i give you my life... You made me happy when you became my wife. I worship the ground you walk on... Please be my valentine and accept this gift i give to you- It's a pleasured love on, this hard stiffened hard on. Cupid's arrow sent you straight to my heart... That loved tipped dart makes us not to wantedly to from each other to ever to depart. A ring on a finger shows all my love for my lady, you... We are tender and only to each other as true as true. Your poem is a great tribute to love on Valentine's Day. Hadda givya a ten kind sir. God bless all poets-MJG.
