'All I'Ve Got For You Are More Than Dreams' Poem by Lindemberg Pereira da Silva

'All I'Ve Got For You Are More Than Dreams'

'I don't trust in fairy tales
In love written in the stars...'

You said me once
You wanted to live
One love like a dream.
Flowers spreaded in your way
Birds singing from the tree.
You said me once
'I'm waiting for my Prince
Someone who take me to the stars.'
One love
That starts where it ends...
So..I came out
I can't sell you a dream
'cause I live in the reality
But I can steal for you
Flowers from the neighboor's garden.
I'm a poor poet
Who love to describe
Your beautiful eyes with all the bright from the stars.
You said me once
You wanted to live
One love - like a dream
But all the dreams I've got for you
are more than dreams (..they're reality) .
You said me -
'Hope never to cry! '
Always one happy heart.
Sorry - for the tears from your eyes.
Once a time
I make you to feel so sad.
But I do love to see
The happiness from your smile.
And feel nearer to your heart
the strong beats.
To touch your burning body
Waiting me to love you.
You said
All you wanted
was a dream
to live it forever.
But you know
Nothing lasts eternally.
And life always has its end.
All I promise for you
It's my love
To give for you all my life
While I'm alive.
