All Or Nothing Poem by Thoisquare Tongbram

All Or Nothing

Can't believe this.
The best of you
Is still in my thoughts
As I write for
The nothingness between us.
Fail'd atttempt perphaps
To hush my heart.

Forget her story.
She's long gone and over.
Hell! when'd it begun.
Yeah, who would've prayed
For friends turned lovers.
Lose control and witness
Friends turned rivals.
He wouldn't leave.
I wouldn't let you go.
Nothing said but done.
Like soldiers in a war,
All ended up with scars.
Far it went, tore us apart.

But still today I ponder,
'Bout the ways I wonder.
Hw we'd be together.
Had we continued unbothered,
At least we could've been something.
But all the while, it was all or nothing.
