More from within
Than,

You really have to
Feel it,

Running thru you,
As life-giving tides.

Poetry is a giver. Of all arts, it can extend its hands to all sides. Very encompassing. It can evoke all kinds of emotions most especially on love. A very insightful and inspiring poem from a great and dedicated Poetess whose love for Poetry is incomparable. So beautifully written.
Maidens give themselves over to the rushing tides of the heart, young men to vanities of the untrained heart, Yet we poets know where true love waits with open arms...that of which is poetry!
