You won that heat and won the contest,
You stood tall above the best...

Yeah for sure you will be greatly missed,
But you left alot behind in surfings treasure kist...

Before you were born it was written for you to become legend,
An abundant life was yours till the end...

Your spirit remains within your family friends and fans,
Who can question the things God plans...
