thoughts roaming my mind finding ways to get inside,
shaking hands holding onto memories I try to hide,
slow breathing I count 1,2,3; my chest thighed,

anxiety controls my movements with pride,
love, lust, and trust all defined,
alone in a world; no one around worldwide,
