Anxiety Fades Poem by Marquita Lawson

Anxiety Fades

Is today any better for you?
I'm sorry you have such stress and anxiety,
but I certainly do understand how that happens to a person.
I still am under treatment for my own
but it seems to be under control most of the time lately.

I am praying that God pours out His peace on you.
You are His beloved child
and He wants to take those cares upon Himself and deal with them.
Since I realized that He really did not want that I worry,
it has been a bit easier. Anxiety fades...
For me, it's about trusting that He means what He says
and that He'll really always be with me.
Knowing He is with me every moment, everywhere,
I can know that I have a God, a Father who loves me.

Many of us didn't experience that with our earthly fathers,
but our heavenly Father makes up for that because
although my father left me, God won't.
That promise makes me so overwhelmingly joyful.
He will never return to the earth as dust.Only humans do.
What a magnificent God we have! ! !
He is always closer than our breath, closer than our skin.
He lives within! ! Our protector, redeemer, our joy and hope,
our savior, Creator, Comforter -
many more that I don't have time to say right now,
but I know that someday I won't stop singing His Praises -
He fills us up and our cups overflow with love... His agape love.
We are so blessed that He loves us.

I go early to sleep.Morning alarm is 4: 30.
That's the time I spend with God.
It has blessed me more than I can say.Nobody but God and me.
I can listen and hear better that way.
I can always talk with Him, you see, but there's something about quiet time with Him for the sole purpose of listening, waiting, studying His word that gives me strength for each day.

May God bless you and keep us from the torture of our minds.Instead, may He put His promises in our minds
and remind us to be faithful in study,
(reading and meditating)on our own.
Finally, we pray He speak to us in His soft whisper,
reassuring us that all is well.
