like raping and stealing Russians he humanity lacks,

all of this indicates a man with a mind unwound,
to a horrid uncivilized time this back-tracks

wants Sergei Shoigu and the Chiefs of staff
to be arrested, for military loss to be killed:
at who did hit the Kerch Bridge the world is at a loss.
