It pains more
And disallows to snore
Night sleep is disturbed
When some bad news fed
It is natural
But not casual
That it will be put aside
As and when we decide
The next day shall be typical
The face may look sullen
With eyes deep inside
And no more good mood
Some setback in day time
Also upsets night time
Sleep is deserted
And ill thoughts are inserted
We await next day's sun
To enquire again and run
Wish for no re-emergence
With precaution to keep its absence
I like this poem of nagging thoughts. P Nasarudheen, Kasargod.Kerala Sep 19,2014
get a good nights sleep and try again Richard Burns30 minutes ago Sorry, it just didn't work for me
I am curious to know what the news was! gayle rodd29 minutes ago This is so true! Once bad news is heard it disrupts sleep and sets off the chain reaction that little/no sleep and stress create. I think we've all been there. Comment +1
