As Daylight Dies
shrieks and cries
the end of lies
fear in our eyes
we now repent
new-found regret
all this and yet
this is still what we get
a lack of compassion
no supportive action
our natural satisfaction
a fatal attraction
our minds projected
people neglected
our children infected
this world has ended
