Ask for dua*daily
and bring changes in life really
not because it is a holy month
but it is a simple life with strong faith

Ask not any favor
but real honor
to remain on His feet
and greet in prayers

Allah the merciful hears
and comes near
in your daily life
even if it is torn with strife

bow down the head
and plead
that you seek only blessings
as a simple ordinary being

He knows all about your grief
and provides the relief
but remember the holy month is for purification
and making direct communication

seek no treasure
or pleasure
but only his hand
to shower blessing till an end approaches
