Babies—in The Eyes Of God

God took a speck from His heart,
Wrapped it in human flesh,
And placed it in the womb.
What an interesting mesh!
No wonder babies are so precious;
They’re from the heart of God.
Their soft and gentle smile
Always gets His nod.
And when He looks into their eyes
Of wonder and amaze,
He sees something beautiful
That sets His heart ablaze.
