Beat The Words



Making refrains sometimes takes time,
Especially when words don't want to rhyme.
So you get mean, take a stick in hand,
And beat them silly, till they say they can.
Then you put them on paper, and try again,
And they will rhyme till they go insane.
But they always remember, that bamboo cane.
