Beauty Poem by Juan Olivarez

Beauty

Rating: 5.0

I see her standing, looking around,
With those great big eyes, beautifully brown.
She turns, and she sees ME,
Her young perfect face, so full of glee.

She runs to my arms, so happily,
she hugs me tight, so mightily.
I look in her eyes, and somehow I know,
This is my bride, together we'll grow.

She is beauty, Aphrodite would pale,
Seeing her face Hercules strength would fail.
She loves me, truly, says she,
My search is over, my soul is set free.

She is my woman, the love of my life,
Her love in my heart, cuts like a knife.
She hurts and I cry,
She bleeds and I die.

The most beautiful woman I've ever seen,
Lives with me now our lives are serene.
The years have gone by, and beauty is mine,
Our worries are few, our love so sublime.

And in my minds eye, I can still see,
That beautiful girl, running to me.
The glow that she had, when she was with child,
That beautiful face, so peaceful and mild.

The young girl she was, I see her each day.
In how she moves, she talks, and she plays.
Forever in love with beauty I am,
Because of all others, she chose this man.

A Wonderful and great tribute to your wife Juan. Beautiful words for a beautiful lady never spoiled the day for any man. Now take her some beautiful flowers and finish making her day. Your friend Lynn.
