It is beautiful word
To be heard
With its magnificent meaning
We are certainly winning

In past it had great relevance
The culprits were given chance
To be let of for improvement in conduct
And live peacefully with honorable act

With freedom and liberty
It has been made dirty
People violate rules at will
Even with no mercy kill

How are we going to tackle terrorists?
Can we show leniency at first?
When they have ulterior motives
Create terror with aims selective

Forgiveness must be taken over by stubbornness
To pick any unruly element to face
Speedy punishment under law
With deterrent power to show

The term "forgiveness" is criminalized
It has been commercialized
The criminals are set free to spread terror
Where forgiveness stands for?
