Become The Universe Poem by C. P. Sharma

Become The Universe

I am a dot
I want to be the universe
But ego clashes disintegrate me
Fear of losing my identity, I label as
Hindu, Muslim or Christian
Bearing tattoos I break
My being scatters
I weep over it

If I want to be the universe
The dots have to join full circle
Disintegrating identities must drop
The true religion knows only duties
The rights automatically follow
Milk Nature for subsistence
Accumulation is sin
Distribute it
Among all
Beings

Respect Nature and its creations
Beware of mutual fear
There is purpose in all
Live and let live
It enthralls
It attracts

In unity lies
BEAUTY, LOVE, and
UNIVERSE

In unity lies Beauty, Love and Universe. Marvelous conclusion. Every one may have, that way, his unique universe.
