I know this is hard for you
I just didn't give a damn
I found my feelings more important
But that's not how I am
I really care about you deep inside
I wish you didn't hurt so bad.
I want to be able to have my cake..
But if I eat it what do I have?
You're like the best friend I've made
No matter my choice, you're the same
I've loved and lied, and I have left
And I never took the blame.
How do you do this?
How can you cope with the pain?
Why don't you ever leave me,
When all I bring is rain?
