Shattered
When I thought it was all over
Love had finally gotten it's way
You decided to return
To take all the darkness away
But then you became ruthless
And shattered my hopes into dust
One day you told me you loved me
I found out then it was lust
So I retreated from the world
To hide the shame in my mind
So if you come back to haunt me
Emptiness is what you'll find
