Blow Me Away

I want to float on air
Away from all the scares
Where I will be afraid no more
Blow me away all I ask for

I want to touch the sky
Away from the pounding pace of human race
Take me to a place I will not regret
Still, blow me away to a secret place

Like chaff blow me into empty space
To the voices in the worldly wind;
This great wind of the world's fate
Turn it as air to a shapen sound, to mind
And provoke in me marvellous desires.

But please don't blow away too far
Borne me not down by the wind's weight, I am flesh
Let the whirlwind pass without my notice, so I feel a chill freeze
Let the wind blow my splendid word to my comrades

Like in a vacuum keep my life afloat filled with fires
So Love shall use me for a sound of song, as meaning to life
Making my soul like syllables to throng
Your tunes of exultation.

Quick the blind speed of a fatal world I shall fly,
As rain crawl along earth's surface
I am god-desiring being,
So i shall sing joys of adoration;
When blown away

Yeah, I made of chance and all a labouring strife on my planet,
For a language of hate has seized on life
And this burning my heart to just let you blow me away

Yeah, I am at thine mercy, the liturgy of thee,
Thy thought's golden and glad name,
The mortal conscience of my immortal glee,
Blow me away in pursuit of Love's own glory.

I AM not One who much or oft delight
To season my fireside with personal talk.--
Of friends, who live within an easy walk,
Or neighbours, daily, weekly, in my sight:
