Blown Away Poem by Tessa Roods

Blown Away

Rating: 4.5

Days to night; dark back to light
nature's virtue; A cyclical guide.
Proof of mind; evidence of time.
A moment lost; The longest night.
Vortex of you; injected false truth.

Eyes to Sky; roots protrude sight.
One deep grave; A fateful place.
Alone, I weep; my final sleep
as I fold inside; leaves blow by.
