As one amongst her children,
The Dream that mothered us all-
I embarked a jocund voyage
Amidst a galaxy of friends;
Merrily together, together merrily we-
Mighty, steadfast and merged,
Our hearts were burnt
And we were red as fire;
T'was but bygone made faith
Squandered, shaken and shrunken;
Alas! Our broken dream!
T'was silence betrayed us,
How dumb and blind we!
Hiding behind our shadows
In a world of divided dream;
Somewhere our dream ceased to be.

Well conceived and nicely penned from the heart. Insightful and very heartfelt. Thanks for sharing Athee.
