bury my head in my hands

  bury my head in my hands
cant see you at all
its hard to look you in the eyes
they always tell lies
beaten down untill i fall
hurry up you will be surpise
bury my face in my hands
i can not look into your eyes
our love use to tasted so sweet
but now it leaves a bitter after taste
spent nights in between sheets
how it makes me quiver
affection lighter then a feather
holding your hand so warm
but now has become so cold
like the night air
screams we choice not to hear
we have walked this path so torn
empty arms
with nothing left to hold
tempting me to come back
ignore the facts
retrace our tracts
cant reverse what you and i done
what are we running from?
ourselves probably like so many times before
dont you get up and walk out that door
and let it all wither away
