faces friends events
memories labyrinth mazes
time encapsulate lives
care not with jealousy
count not the few or many
time slip transcendency
most had another lover
multiple lovers four leaf clover
mind in joy hover cover
first taste love relationships
tender innocence time porous rips
reins embodiment fate slips
why hold passion jealous stubborn fast
to who were memories in your lovers past
bliss times pass sadly cannot always last
for each gentle soul passing light
which filled your lovers day or night
be grateful spark was noble bright
be grateful for all kind past lovers
who gave happiness in meteorite showers
fate directed flowers to home meadows
how many men women were in her his past
be grateful for of them all true love may be last
fate directed her him into your path hold fast
what is true love true beauty
real love enfolds sacred duty
true heart be time ever worthy
be beautiful in love forget times past
embrace now so sacred love may last
embrace the future waylay not time last

Dear Greg, this poem was inspired by three lines in your poem, 'Love Poem' which I have already referenced. If I am inspired by thoughts or ideas from others, I reference for my own memory of origins. We are poets who share common beliefs and goals, true poetry is about giving, a nobility of thoughts and ideas; but poetry is also about contemporary events, needs and various conflict issues in the world. Your lines how many men were in her past he should be grateful, for all of them directed her into his path are a beautiful expression of appreciation and joy; acknowledging that others contributed to the happiness of those we care about and love. The opposite effect of jealousy and control is counter productive, destructive obsessive control, which has no place in true love, love is about giving without conditions. This poem 'Care Not With Jealousy' and the related split images, reference an important quality in relationships and human interaction. The poems would not have been written if you had not first raised this theme in your poem, therefore the insight and harmony which a few readers will attain from my poem, in appreciation is dedicated appropriately to my friend Greg. I remember the joy and awe I experienced so long ago when I first read a few of your exceptional poems; sentiment and themes I had also engaged in at your age. These themes and concepts we have often discussed in private correspondence. My public endorsement and esteem for your poetry I will make later. Like my other close poetic friends, I have not written my enthusiasm for your poetry on your poet's page yet. My silence is my silent appreciation and desire to let you write your themes, your influences with your true voice; and as always you will find me in our correspondence, as we continue our present artistic journeys; born into far distant places and decades; but both believing in an affirmation of people and their needs, an interaction of those who seek understanding, harmony, artistic interaction with this world, our present global society. God bless my friend.
