Children's Power Poem by Norchel Tingson

Children's Power

As the children come frolicking
along the horizon,
The sun and moon
join in one flare.
Winds and breezes
mold a joyful face in the clouds.
Children
start to reckon the rainbows in the sky.

As they see the delight
on the faces of their souls,
the trees and birds
make a still continuous sound.
A whisper of air
sways to an extreme excitement
and the colours of everywhere
even create a bright hue of emancipation.

As the children chase
their own playful minds,
The grasshoppers hop
over their racing feet,
The butterflies flutter
over their glowing wings
and flowers dance
with their glimmering petals.

As the children enjoy
their merrymaking along the sands,
the Earth and Mars
pursuit on each other's hands.
Different cities and towns
unite on one game.
Different worlds of the universe
encircle in one light.
