Christmas Light Poem by Walterrean Salley

Christmas Light

Christmas Light

Candles burning clear and bright.
Shadows dancing ‘pon the wall.
Celebrating Christmastime.
Having a great Yuletide ball.

Enhancing the arena,
Candlelight is no small means—
Its deep and mystique aura
Brightening the Christmas scene.

Beautiful the dazzling glow,
Etching imprints ‘pon the mind.
Gingerly the mem'ries flow,
Casting Christmas for mankind.
Happy flames all burning bright,
Celebrating the true Light.
