Confined Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

Confined

There is a crucial thought
That has not been rendered
A thought that stands unnoticed…
Ignored and never surrendered

One consideration left vacant
As invisibility masks a blatant target
Destined to remain concealed
Undetected… a mislaid regret

Hidden behind a mountain
Of self-rehearsed preservation…
A young man is growing old
Isolated by the lack of imagination
