Confusion Breakdown (Time For A Song) . Poem by Daniel Gelinas

Confusion Breakdown (Time For A Song) .

I can't decide on a title; this one may still be in the works.

It's time to breakdown this sonic confusion, we're live for a time, let's get to brooding.

Sirens sound, mind glazed over.

The music is loud, but he's harldy listening.

The radio's on and the boy is off.

Life is long, but is this truely living?

Cold feet and loud brains fret and strain.

Life is a deep forest; vast plane.

Paths exist, but will they help?

People are lost, and World is changing.

Forest keeps twisting, turning.

Life is short but how long is short?

Paths are created in the minds of the certain ones,

These paths can hurt, but also seem to help.

Mental prisons make mental oasis'.

Breadcrumbs left along the path, who is to say if they will stay.
