They are as country as country can be
Been around for many years
Their usefulness innumerable
They quiet so many fears
They house beasts of every kind
Through storms in dark of night
Many styles and sizes but
You always know them on sight
Ah yes, barns that are so important
Part of the country, my friend
Surrounded by fields of grass
Around every twist and bend
You see them in all stages of life
But still they have such charm
Nothing in the world says country like
The good ‘ole country barns!
I have a big red old barn! Needs some boards replaced but it is grand! Ten for this one my friend. God Bless, Linda
