Country Road Poem by Sky Welch

Life is like a country Road. As you walk along you begin to lose interest, there’s nothing along the road and you feel like dying. You feel the pain of the hunger, always wanting more but never getting what you need. You keep walking and realize you’re going nowhere. The ground seems to be spinning all around you. You gain friends, but eventually they die around you. You don’t know where to turn, which path to take, which path to take, or who to trust. You want to give up and end your journey. You think that life isn’t worth the pain and suffering you indured.
