Feelings of happiness are prevalent
Know no bounds of being irreverent
Setting sail within a teardrop of hope
Looking for the nearest watery slope

Grasping at a silent glimpse unstable
With a dead heart that's untameable
From an open wound it bleeds out
Pouring and falling beyond a doubt.

Crying a loud scream that's boundless
Of what could appear to be soundless
No rejection could be perfect enoughly
For a weary heart that surpasses Thee.

An open heart with a wide open wound
Seeks no refuge of divine love un-tuned
Deep within a soul that has no cure too
Lies an existence of a true wonderful you.

A moment of truth and secrecy revealed
Found within my watering eyes appealed
There's no way to exclude freedom’s vice
Unless my heart is the ultimate sacrifice.

A sensation fouled of bliss and wonder..
Filled my chest, in an unexpected blunder
But rather than find an external exemption
There's trust above the caress of attention.

A chance to forfeit and a chance to love
A chance to share with choices to shove
There's no freedom above them all to gain
Two souls entwined within a doubtful pain.

As it ends on the final horizon of this calm
Winds of change crosses over their palm
A reason to go back for love endeavoured
There’s so much more to be remembered.

Goodbye...a word I cannot say, nor would
Too painful a verb to be fully understood
Thoughts recovered, will it be a possibility
To ever be with this lost soul as one entity….
