I have sauntered through fields
And have cherished the smell of roses
And their luxurious apparell
I have seen through moonlit skies
And gazed at stars whose pomp
Would make heads swell
I have seen majestic artistic masterpieces
And have wondered the brillant abandon
with which they were imagined
I have heard great speeches from orators
whose mastery cannot be sidelined
for they make even the sternest seek to be slackened
But there's another I have seen
Who makes all these experiences
evaporate as steam
One whose substance is an unimaginable beam
Naturally adorned with a smlie that would make
silver, gold and the Monalisa green
A jewel whose value is inestimable
A princess with fiery peity and gaiety unquenchable
When I saw this one I loved
And though situations preached to me the message of loss
Within me it was already resolved
I will schlep my baggage and undertake this journey yonder
Not to discover another wonder
But to solemnly bask in the warmth of D'Wonder
