Dealing With Depression Poem by MAD DEW

It is hard to deal with this depression
But thats why I write its a therapy session
Thats why when ever I go to bed
There is always paper and a pencil beside my head
So if I am crying in the middle of the night
I pick up my paper and pencil and just write
So that way I can get these thoughts out of my head
Cause if I don't they're gonna tear me up until I am dead
To anyone else that thought the answer is a gun
There are plenty of options but thats not one
Find something to help you threw it
Come on I know you can do it
Whether if its a sin
If its where you been
If you lost a loved one
If its that you lost your hun
If you never had any one there for you
If the love of your life says its through
If you never had a real parent in your life
Whatever your strife
I know you can do it
I know you can make it through it
You are stronger than you think
It is okay we all have a weak link
But you can't let that pain
Break your chain
You gotta make it stronger
You gotta just last longer
Because we can all make it through
And that why I believe in you
So please don't leave
Instead believe
