Death Of A Mad Dictator Poem by Hebert Logerie

Death Of A Mad Dictator

Rating: 2.8

Mum the word; he is now a mummy.
He is no longer a despicable dummy.
What an immensely momentous event!
Crime never pays, even if you are an arrogant
Tyrant. You give respect and you will be respected.
This is a victory for the oppressed, humiliated,
Castrated, electrocuted, murdered and violated
Sons and daughters of God. Allah is good,
Allahu akbar! Allah provides food
And gives strength to the mothers,
Whose offsprings were executed by the murderers.
The executions of two recent mad dogs are reminders
That all men and women are of equal
Values. Freedom of speech is a gift from the eternal
God at birth. Babies cry to affirm their existence.
Freedom of expression, freedom of resistance
Are sacred. Never be afraid to express yourself.
Never be afraid to fight the oppressive elf.
Under the light of the moon, all matters will rot
And return to their original forms. There is a small lot
Somewhere for all creatures on earth.
Freedom of expression is given at birth
By the almighty Allah; that’s the first gift,
Love is the second, and respect, the third lift.
I don’t know why those selfish cowards
Can never take full advantage of these treasures,
Instead of doing the contrary: oppressing, diminishing,
Exploiting, insulting, discriminating and killing
The weakest souls which need affection,
Good treatment, compassion and protection.
This is a lesson and a warning to all other dictators.
Respect and love your people, they are your brothers
And sisters. Live well and let live, because death
Will come one day to sweep away everything. Share the wealth,
Because a mummy cannot carry diamonds,
Gold, money, power, stocks and bonds.
Help your people and you will have a long life.
All dictators belong in the sewers. Please don’t laugh,
That’s true, that’s where they hide when they can no longer run.
What a victory for the oppressed, which, now, can finally have fun!
