Disagreements Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Disagreements

Disagreements to have them.
And expect them done.
Should not solicit a childish reaction.
From anyone who has grown,
To welcome opinions from others.
That are not their own.
But takes time to comprehend,
How best to compromise.
Upon a mutual decision.
To open up wider,
Eyes once closed to admit.
And realize this to get over with.
Yet some are left to not commit,
To growing up witnessing the benefits of it.
