Divine Easels Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

Divine Easels

Rating: 5.0

Brush strokes like living sun
Windows as high as creation
Gray blue walls reflect the light
Cafes of art on the Riviera
St Tropez, Nice, Monaco
Renoir moves to South of France
Chagall sees flower angels
Rainbow Mediterranean Sea

Rouen Cathedral at Sunset
Normandy like a poet painter
Côte d'Azur a path of illuminated color
I am the pilgrim of stain glass windows
Vallauris a fountain of Picasso pottery
Saint-Paul de Vence a Chloe of soul
Rococo galleries of the lush conversion
Matisse, Degas like ancient priests

Divine Easels of the Riviera
